Thanks for your reply. Actually I've decided to get rid of her before this by 1) transfer;2) if not transfer succesfully, then look for another company, based on my evaluation of her.
She probably knows this.Before I do anything, she involved HR and gave me a warning.
What I don't understand is: if she and I don't get along, isn't my intention to leave an ok choice for her too?
the key problem between her and me: she is obseesed with power and like to get more by working less, I am a very motivated person (remember I am a single mom who wants to get my career back). she sees me as a treaten (?) to her position since our company is working on projects, not only by her group, but led by/cooperate with the other group that I intend to transfer to.
She had boxed/limited me in her current group and I was forced to look elsewhere.
