similar as my situation. One of the offer, they gave me 17% less than my current job. I didnt turn it down, but I give them the number that I am looking for. I want see how they act on it.

I found out so many company is doing fishing as well. They try to find a cheap labor. They are fishing, I am also fishing. I guess this is the attitude we should have.
