I have worked there for over 5 years. For the past years, I always leave late. I am supposed to leave at 5pm, but very rarely, almost always around 6pm. They let the technician go home, and kept me there a lot for several years, because they did not have to pay me, and the manager even mentioned I could work up to 60 hours each week without extra pay because I was paid by a yearly salary.

My family was mad at that, and I had to ask for 40 hours each week on my contract. I still work over 40 hours a lot. They would say that it was my fault to stay longer because I did not follow the contract. The truth is, I requested to clock in and out each day, but the manager would let me do it.

感覺委屈。
