Not sure which firm you are interviewing. For our firm, when we interview manager level candidates, we typically will ask questions in the following areas:

1. Relationship
How do you build relationship with client,etc?

2. Team management
How do you effectively manage the team?
How to manage non-performing team members?
Coaching your team members

3. Project management
How do you manage difficult projects?

4. Technical development
How do you continue improve yourself?

You may want to prepare some examples of your experience in these areas.
