she will not give you good reference. But do you want her to go after you actively, i.e. she may use her network to reach out to yoru potential future employers to ruin your opportunities? if you simply leave, she will forget about you soon. She will not be your reference or network, but she will forget about it. If you file a complaint, you are making permanent enemy with her.
