要求加薪升職,要利用一下boss 這種nice

I got the same situations like your hubby. The other side got promotions and salary increase after my complaints that he didn't do his jobs. Now I asked for a raise and didn't get a reply yet. If I don't get a raise, I will decrease my work load and do some professional education, training etc. to prepare for the future.

The truth is the boss may think things differently even in your view, things are so clear. But the boss still can filter all facts and draw a different conclusion.

There are so many lousy bosses outside. Don't always think they are fair and smart. In a lot of cases they are in the opposite side. We need to become our own drivers for the career development and wealth accumulations.
