找工作,請這裏的高手和行家指點迷經!

我的背景是在國內醫學院畢業後當過醫生，後來跟老公來到美國，接下來為了孩子和家的其他原因，我放棄了工作呆在家裏，這麽一呆就是六七年。現在想走出去找工作，我想該是尋找我自身價值的時候了！ 但是我明白我的工種選擇餘地很有限，我也很清楚當醫生就別指望了。現在我很迷茫，不知道該怎麽辦？我該如何著手，找什麽樣的工作，再說又沒有推薦信怎麽辦？本人孤陋寡聞，剛來到wenxuecity，看到職場生涯，實感驚喜，真心誠意想請這裏的高手和行家指點迷經。你們中有沒有或許有朋友有類似我的這種情況？先扣謝了！！！
