My 1st TN (I-94) was approved and dated from 3/12/2009-3/12/2012, then I changed to the current job with current TN (1-94)dated 1/14/2010-1/14/2013. When I got the current job offer, my current employer filed the TN for me on 1/14/2010 while I was still working for my previous employer. On 2/1/2010, I was told by HR that they received my TN appoval notice and I quit the 1st job on 2/17 and started my current job on 2/17, since i gave two weeks notice for my 1st employer.
Now, I am worry about my actual starting date for my current job was one month late than the starting date on my current TN (I94) . Was that illegal?
Sigma Help! Am I in trouble with my TN?
