If you are hired through the current agent, if the contract was signed between your 東家 and the Agent, then, it is not possible for you to change Agent with the same 東家, unless the Agent is so dumb without signing a contract to protect them self.
In any case, you can alway negotiate with your Agnet, so you can eat out a piece of their profit.
