about background check

已經離開公司了，還能算currect job嗎？招人單位能理解why不能聯係currect job，但如果已經不在那工作，那麽就沒理由不讓人check 吧？不在那裏工作了，也不敢謊稱還在那工作吧?最近我也一直在考慮這個問題，所以天天受部門老板的氣，也不敢辭職...._:'(
