Interview is your opportunity to market yourself. I think you can market harder :)

Q1: This is typically the question for the interviewer to go over your resume while you answer. It's better to answer with highlights from your resume so he/she can follow along. Make sure that you spend time to discuss the accomplishment in your previous projects, the skills you applied, the problems you solved, the teams you led, etc. Remember, it's your opportunity to market yourself. You should plan to talk for 3-5 minutes.

Q2: Be specific on what you want to be. The more specific, the more real it feels. For example, you want to be a developer with skills sufficient to complete a well known project(name it). This will make you immediately unforgetable.

Q3. Discuss less on conflict and more on resolution. Make sure to say that your boss is very happy with the resolution at the end.

Q4. You can say that when you get to a new company, you won't know anyone and will be weak in your network. You'll need to build up your network by going out with co-workers for lunch ... to build up your network.

Good luck.
