Urgent, 請兄弟姐妹們幫個忙！！！

我剛麵試完一家公司，公司讓我填Salary Verification Form. 請問我是否可以多寫我在原公司的收入。新公司有沒有可能向我原公司查明我過去的收入？（因在Salary Verification Form上該公司寫明了將通過獲得我的授權向我原公司調查我的收入。）多謝大家幫忙！！！！！
