想做Project Manager.

在國內當了5年的Project Manager。現在來美10年了，一直因為語言的問題，沒有機會嚐試這種職位，可是真的很喜歡這樣的職位，而不是一味地做SE。
最近申請了幾個PM的職位，再也沒有回應，是不是非要有PMP或者MBA才行？這兒有人可以指點一下嗎？怎樣入行？一般公司需要找什麽條件的？
