麻煩大家幫我分析下 check reference後的情況。

這是一個university staff 職位。在經過了reference check 一周後，沒有任何消息，忍不住給HR 和 HM 發了follow up email. HR 沒回，這是HM 的回複，大家幫忙看看， 還有希望嗎？先謝謝各位。

The search process is in the final stage and will take probably another two weeks or so to conclude. I am not at liberty to say anything more than that, though I know you would like more information. Hang in there a little longer.
