If it is not that good for you, you can say: No problem, I can make it. I will leave my home 2 hours earlier since there will be traffic.

Basically you are implying that you live far, if they are careful and considerate, they will adjust the time. If not, you can try your luck nicely: I can make it with your proposed time, but are there still any chances to start the interview a little bit later? If not, I still appreciate your arrangement.
