Have you found out reasons?

There are many very skill people who are looking for job like you. The competetion for a job is very high. I was laid off last sep. and got a new job this july. I have failed 4 job interviews becasue they all say I am overqulified, that means my salary was high before. I was prepared very well in the recent job interview on both technically and salary requirement. The new employer ended up mataching my old salary.
