管理手下人要注意什麽？

我畢業剛工作沒幾個月，接手一塊公司的新業務，忙得不可開交。現在給我新招了一人，比我低一級，在另外一個城市，直接向我匯報。我以前沒管過人。 有什麽應該注意的嗎？謝謝。
