回複：咋剪啊？我特誠懇地問

見過很多連招呼都不打一個就讓你走人的例子。我雖然不在公司，但在私立大學呆過，有的私立大學跟公司一樣。讓你走人沒有任何征兆。

我原來在國內那叫吊兒郎當，到了美國棱角完全被磨平了。網上看過很多職場怎麽相處的文章，其中提到一條就是完全服從領導，即便領導不如你，你也要無條件服從，並且幫助領導彌補他的過錯但不能搶功。美國有句諺語：Don't bite the hand who feeds you.一旦跟領導產生矛盾馬上解釋，求得她的諒解而不是激化矛盾。你想啊，你喜歡雇一個刺頭跟你在一起工作嗎？

個性誰沒有？我的個性也很強，但是隻能在家裏跟老公或孩子發脾氣，在職場發脾氣會有失體麵。你的問題是你沒有在別的地方待過，否則的話你會很感激你有一份工作並且工作環境不是那麽糟。
