anybody work for magma design automation?

Hi,

Anybody work for magma design automation? Does magma do background check? How long time for the background check? Three years ago, when I joined a big company, it spent me two months to complete back ground check, drug test and H1 vias transferring.

I would like to the time line if anybody have such experence?
