容易進嗎? -- Depends on your experience and whether you can fit in with the team.
什麽樣的經驗四大看中? The experience their clients are looking for, e.g. industry experience, subject matter expertise, etc. CPA could be a requirement for promotion in some service lines.
SENIOR LEVEL TRAVEL 多麽?-- This will depend on the service line (e.g.tax staffs usually travel less than audit), the clients you are assigned to, and your luck, not your staff level. I am currently managing a local Fortune 100 account and most of my team members, from managers to associates, haven't traveled much for the past four years. However, some other teams in my office have been on the road for 80% of time.
How do you think accounting job market now? -- It is recovering. For our office, the goal is to increase our head count by 10% this year. I have been interviewing about three experienced hire candidates every two week for the past several months. The staff levels for these candidates range from associate to manager.
