Had 2 phone interviews in August, land in person interview after labor day.

I guess there are some people still vacation.

Will have another phone interview tomorrow.

Just found HR likes to have phone interview first these days to scan people

And salary is very low now: 4 years experience with certification offer 5.5W firm in email.
