the pay is sucks there. It is city government job, ppl are not professional at all. I do admit the benefit is fairly good here. The only reason they can keep me there is that I am very safe in this bad economy because I have official Civil Service title and the working hour is pretty flexible, and I am a perm employee.

I am a very capable person. I am not sure if I should take my chance to move on to a new job or I should keep my head under the ground by ignoring her.
