TIBCO or C#+ETL which one to choose?

My team does not have work to do. I need to choose to stay with TIBCO team which I need to learn fast. or I need to choose to stay with a team which has used C# and ETL. I don't know ETL but it is easy to learn. Does anybody know how is market for TIBCO?
