你OFFER 都沒有拿到, 露什麽底呀? HR 見你是要看你的個性, 有可能會談到OFFER. 等他講了你才講. HR和你講價錢了就是有戲. 你可以透露你想要的工資 (current+10%), then you have to see how they react. if you really really want this job, then you can tell them that you are flexable. 等他給你OFFER了價錢不對你再和他講道理. 他們時間都花了,自然還是會鄭重的考慮的.

你的HIRING MANAGER 問你要了REFERENCE 又怎麽樣? 每個工作都有RANK的.有些公司喜歡給你但沒這麽高的錢給你, 象我這樣的, 他們也隻能放棄. I am still back forth with the company. :( i give them a counter number, if they can give to me then they give to me; if not, I can build up a good relationship. Later if they have any fittable position for me, then i can take it without a long interview process.
