This company is right next to my current company.

The good thing is that I think I am going to have another offer, but the location is at another country. I am not sure if I am ready to go to another country without my family.

Before end of this Friday I have to response to Company A if I want to take this offer. I am debating how to ask for more. If they can give me my current salary, I will go to the new company anyway because the bonus and the industry is a really good opportunity to my career.
