誰說咱好，誰就是咱的推薦人

我有位朋友的先生曾經在一個很有名的大學實研室工作。跟老板搞不好關係。 現被雷在家。他現在的狀況是一門心思打官司。學校打不贏就往州裏告。 誰勸都不聽。 他的理由是他已經被老板逼上絕路了。他拿不到前任單位的推薦信。 因而無法找到工作。 他必須打贏官司才能翻身。人人都知道退一步海闊天高。 可怎樣才能讓他走出困境，找到下一個工作呢？大家都不希望他成為下一個“王醫生”。請大家出出主意幫幫他走出死胡同。如何才能找到工作而無需前任單位的 background checking? 謝謝大家。

-- If you work in the company, you do not have to worry of much.
-- No matter were laid off or fired, for your reference check, the HR will not tell why you left this position, they only tell your start date and end date.
-- You should always use people who say good thing about you as your reference, it is not hard to do this.
-- Get a contractor job, it is not too hard.
-- I knew many real people who was laid off or fired, found better job immediately.
