Career change ?

I have MSCS, worked as a web developer and program manager in the past. Also have some finance and marketing experience. Should I get a PMP and continue looking for a project manager/ product manager position, or get a Oracle DBA certificate, or data analysis ... prefer a position with less stress, transferable skills between industries. Lao mentioned Data Analysis here, is it the way to go? Thanks!
