I got an email from AAA

I am the AAA company account representative for BBB. BBB requested that I have you please fill out this attached form and fax it back to me as you were/are being considered as a candidate for an opportunity with them. This is required for compliance with Federal regulations since BBB does subcontract with Government agencies.
