In Silicon Valley, good startup offers the best finance reward.
Many small companies offer much comfortable lifestyle than the large companies.
錢,lifestyle,marketable skillsets 決定走或留下來.
Company size is not a too important factor.
Do your homework, see if the startup will UP or not.
Ask lot of Stock Options if you decide to go.
