you have IT QA experiences.

"我憋悶得，都想去99當收銀員了", which suggests that you live in Bay Area, LA, or Arizona. there are many Chinese living in these areas. So it may be a good choice to be a real estate agent/broker. A friend of mine works in the government, Her part -time job is a real estate agent. Again, there is NO easy job before you establish in the area.
