Yes, go for this MS-SDET job

Since you do not like your current job and you get an offer from MSFT. This is nice.
MSFT offers almost the best benefit package (you already knew it). You will get family medical and dental insurance for free and there is no copay whenever you go to see doctor.
There is another thing you may not know:
MSFT encourage employee change position every 1.5 year.
It means you can change to a new group which you like and they like you without the approval from your current manage as long as you worked in that group for more than 1.5 yr. For this reason, you better take the offer you get right now, use this chance to bring yourself into MSFT, and jump to other group after 18 months if you find out you do not like this group.
Overall, seems to me you have all the gain compare with your current situation.
Plus, it will be closer to China whenever you need flight back to Beijing.
