you may apply :Equity Salary Increase

It is if the people on the same rank is higher then you, you can apply for individual Equity Salary Increase.

But if you are CA, it may be hardy now. I did it two or three years ago. I am faculty with tenure and is also state worker . Our salary is public as well.
