Consultants－ attention here

I have number of direct clients in so cal, and have tens of consultants working on those projects. Mostly in SAP ECC and CRM. Funny thing is - what I can get are those indians. I'd rather to use more Chinese if possible but posted couple times here no responses.

So many job seekers in this forum each day, there are no people in SAP practice with medium to high skillsets? If yes, feel free to contact me, I'd like to help.
