請教：申請一PT Accountant position， 怎麽回答公司的兩個問提

他們要schedule 個麵試， 同時問我以下問題,要我在interview前回答。 想聽聽大家意見， 他們的意圖是什麽, 怎麽回答？我自己覺得不太comfortable 他們問這兩個問題， 尤其第二個， 難道要我把以前公司的excel example給他們？

1) The position is currently a Part Time position (aprox. 24 hours per week). If and when the position expanded to full time, would that make it more or less attractive to you, and why?

2) One possible component of the job will be using and creating Excel models. Please provide us with an Example of an Excel work product you created, along with a brief explanation of what it does and why.
