disclose layoff news?

I have an impending layoff effective a month later from today. I have an onsite job interview tomorrow. When asked why you want to leave your current employer, should I disclose the layoff information? Or just say something like “there is no advancement with my current employer, etc..."
Thanks for your opinion.
