是不是沒戲了

昨天電話interview,問了技術問題，也做了題，有一題沒回答好。完後人說the recruiter will be in touch with you.到現在也沒有recruiter 的消息，是不是沒戲了。我可以給recruiter 發個郵件問問情況嗎？
