Sorry that I cannot type in Chinese as I am using my office computer!

But once you get into the federal government, it is way easier to find a job in Ottawa (National Capital Region), as 90% of federal government jobs only open to its current employees.

I do not know which area you are in. But for most areas it is not hard to find a position in another city once you get in.
