Thanks for encouraging. But as I said, my value is decreasing

in this field as I am getting older even if I'd kept on working these 10 years just like my classmates. I am almost 42 now. If I get in this field again, I will be the first to be laid off when we have another downturn. Plus, in this industry, I am at entry level in companies' view now. If there is another new graduate compete for the position, you know what the company's pick. That's why I said this is not a long term career.
