什麽Title合適？

我的情況是這樣：
現在在一所研究所作RESEARCH Associate. 基於我們研究小組的成果成立了一個startup的小公司（medical technology 方麵的），我們組所有的人都要轉到公司，雖然我的工作性質不變（挖掘新的ＩＤＥＡ，然後來實現，還有就是把我已經開發的program包裝，commercialize.），但這樣就麵臨了一個轉工作title 的問題。請大家給推薦一些titles對我以後換工作有好處。小聲說一聲，我最不中意的頭銜是software engineer，覺得自己年紀大了，也沒有那方麵的潛能，我希望自己的title still related to research. Thanks!
