Thanks for all the suggestions to my earlier question

I ahve taken your advice and just sent an email to sr. director. In that message, I listed all my former contributions to teh program, my recent new responsibilities related to taht program and how I can answer questions and provide collective answers from different departments. Also, expressed my eagerness to help in anything in that project. At the end I even said if he still does not want me to attend the meeting I would understand. When I proof-read this message, I was moved to tears myself. cc'd my own boss, big boss on this message. heartily learned one word 棉裏藏針.
