想從.net developer往data analyst轉，是不是好？

做developer有9年了都，.net要學的東西越來越多，我想往data analyst,dba方麵轉，以後混進政府學校之類的，大家覺得如何？就圖一個將來不用老學東西，隻要錢跟現在一樣就行。
