The employer is a government agency. At the time when I was interviewed 4 years ago,it cerntainly did not have financial difficulties. Now the government is taking austerial measures, it may have financial difficulties.

If you don't have a job, you'd better to be successful in any kind of interview. Then you will be able to find horses while riding a donkey.
