Things can not be worse by talking to HR. She has already been bullied (maybe a lot of times). She just stand up and make some voice this time.

What do you think the company will do to 蟲蟲? HR has to take record of whatever 蟲蟲 says----this is already negative to that bully lady. And the manager will try seperate 蟲蟲 with that lady from now on.
