我對本蟲事件的看法

1. 我覺得大家忽略了最重要的一點：本蟲（在大家的幫助下）作出的反應達到了最重要的目的，實現了最好的效果。我覺得，可以肯定，打人者想把本蟲永遠地壓製住。這是她打人的動機。現在，不但她的目的沒有達到，本蟲反而占了上風。
2. 到現在為止，特別是在事件初期，本蟲的反應/處理正確。她沒有越過直接上級，這對於她的老板來說是很重要的，因此她的老板會認知她是一個reasonable person. Down the road this is good for her. Still, they got the matter to HR for record. There is hardly any advantage to press charge or bring in the police for a non-verifiable incident.
3. Based on the above, I think the best thing to do tomorrow is for her to just state the truth, to be herself. Not play and tricks. Not to intend to achieve something. If you did, somewhere you would not be consistent. Once you are proven inconsistent, your credibility will be hugely discounted, and all the edge you have gained will vanish.

My two cents, just can not do it in 人民幣，打字慢。Hopefully this makes sense and can be somehelp for 本蟲.
