I lived in South Dakota for several years and really liked there. It's a good place to raise your kids. There is no China town there, but two Chinese grocery stores and some Chinese restaurants. The Chinese food can not compare to that in the west coast. There are more Asian grocery in Sioux City in Iowa about an hour drive. People are very nice there.
