第一次拒絕offer,請教XDJM個問題.

口頭答應了offer但沒在offer letter上簽字. 前天給hiring manager發了一個不formal的email,告訴他不去了. 這樣是不是就行了, 還是需要formal的letter. 這個offer是通過recruiter得到的, 但從口頭答應之後就沒和她聯係過, 我還要告訴該recruiter嗎? 多謝了.
