回複：transition from academic to industry

I think it depends on what your field is and what your passion is.
I am working in industry and a fortune 50 company but I still hate it mainly because I am not the CEO and not getting 5 million compensation. :)
I am on my way going back to the academic field. I know it's tough in academia but it will make me feel happy. I can do what I really love.
