1) How can you communicate with rude clients?
My strategy is very simple: focus on what I can control and try best what I can influence.
I can control my attitude: stay cool, be professional, positive, helpful, and enthusiastic.

Detach clients’ attitudes and their needs, try best to understand their requests and provide best business services or solutions. Use my positive and professional attitude to help and influence clients.

2) One of your colleague has a bad relationship with you, how can you cooperate with him?
Attitude: the same strategy above.
Workflow: clear definition of tasks and have a better workflow.
Teambuilding: engage team member to have a win-win scenario

3) How can you introduce our products to multi-culture clients, and how can you make them understand?
1, I would like to promote our company’s vision, mission, and values, Emphasize that our company value diversity, with a truly diversified workforce.
2, Have a diversified marketing team and strategy,
3. Messages through products promoting campaign can be easily taken away with the local culture.

4) You have to draft an application within limited time, you have no idea how to fill it, and no one can help you, what should you do?
1) Have a brainstorm
2) Check all available resources, including Google.
