Get a piece of paper, fold it in half. Put one side for Netlogic, the other side of IDT, then list which area you need to consider, i.e.: money,environment,future,benefit,traffic,training,...and give each item an % for the importance. Jot down all the information that you know, and weigh the summary, see which one is better.
