這裏有做planning的嗎

我家LG在這家公司半年了，每天都工作10-13.4個小時，以前還好，自從換了個韓國人當head後，中午吃飯都是邊工作邊吃，午飯後不休息直到晚上9點，10點的。周六也得工作。想問問，做planning這個工作就是這樣忙嗎？
